Complete in 2022, this 3 storey home was originally clad in a a Stucco/chicken wire mix.
With multiple leak sites the clients decided to reclad the property and undertake some extensive renovations at the same time.
Completely new structural steel, waterproof decks and bathrooms were installed along with a 187mm Pine Weatherboard.
On top of this the roof was completely stripped and new shingles installed to ensure the home was not only aesthetically pleasing and functional, but completely weathertight.
